Tracy Dalton serves as Chief Executive Officer of the firm, bringing a unique combination of leadership experience, client advocacy, and extensive knowledge of elder law and long-term care planning. With a background spanning healthcare, management, business development, and Medicaid planning, Tracy has dedicated her career to helping families navigate some of life’s most difficult and emotional decisions with confidence and compassion.

Throughout her career, Tracy has worked closely with seniors, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and families facing complex long-term care challenges. Her experience includes Medicaid eligibility planning, long-term care applications, incapacity planning, client relations, community outreach, and practice development. She is known for her ability to simplify complicated processes and provide clients with clear guidance during overwhelming circumstances.

As CEO, Tracy oversees the firm’s operations, client experience, strategic growth, and community education initiatives. She is passionate about creating a law firm culture built on integrity, service, and genuine care for the families the firm serves. Her vision is to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and empowered throughout their planning journey.

Tracy is a frequent speaker at educational seminars and community events, where she shares information on elder law, long-term care planning, and protecting family legacies.
